    Lovely old building but the communal showers/toilets are dirty and old. The furniture in the communal areas and bedrooms is less than basic and desperately poorly maintained. The Friday night live music resonates with surprising clarity through the rooms until 0030 hours when everyone finally goes home from the pub downstairs.
